Made to order

Every Keepsakely item is printed and made after you order it. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, and your order then ships to you.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the item and where you live. The estimate for your address appears at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carriers and weather.

Holiday orders

Because items are made to order, we recommend ordering early for gifts and holidays.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives your package.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, they may be produced in different locations and arrive in separate packages.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't redirect or replace orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
